NOSE: powdery mineral; nutmeg; pickled ginger; lots of warm baking spices on the interesting bouquet here; expressive.

BODY: pale yellow color of medium-light depth; medium-light bodied.

TASTE: lots of mineral flavor; fantastic acidity; vivacious; delicious; I would love to have some of this in my cellar.
