Thursday, August 7, 2014 - The Chardonnay isn’t offered as part of the tasting during the summer months, but will return in the fall. 50% malolactic fermentation. Aged 20% in new French oak, and the remainder in neutral French oak. Complex, layered flavors of pear and butter, with just enough oak grip without going overboard. Really nicely done.
