Tuesday, April 21, 2015 - Drank with Adam - sous vide sea bass and ad hoc scallops with roasted veggies. I thought the flavor profile of this wine paired well with our meal.

Pale yellow in the glass. Generous nose of oyster leaf, lemon zest, grapefruit rind, and hay. They come across to me as a single unit rather than many layers. The body is medium minus with bright acidity and salinity. The finish is medium plus. Not the best vintage I've had in recent years, but may fare well in the bottle for 2-3. My past experience with this producer is that they are built for a short age.
