Sunday, May 24, 2015 - Initial tasting with short aeration; Deep red with purplish highlights; complex nose with red fruit, spice, wood and herbal notes; medium weight and avg acidity; disjointed profile on day one with oak competing with red fruit but some promising spice and fig components; came together over next day+ with dark red fruits, heavier weight, with nice complex, leather, spice, herbal elements, plenty of oak but overall very ponderous. Overoaked and overdone
