Wednesday, July 15, 2015 - Popped and poured. Beautiful nose of citrus flowers, slate, Red Delicious apple, pear, and lychee. On the palate, apples, pears, lychee, hints of mineral. Crisp acidic kick on the finish. Note to self, buy more 12 Riesling.
