Saturday, October 19, 2013 - In pristine condition and still young. I have the impression it could last many more years.
It's all minerality, with a bit of apple and a very light oxidative note on the nose. Lean and saline on the palate, but refreshing and long too. And in the aftertaste you get a wonderful freshness on the palate.
Amazing.
