Sunday, August 10, 2008 - This bottle showed very well, perhaps enhanced by the fact that it was drunk at VC restaurant. Rich black cherry and fig with chocolate, mineral and pine notes all balancing the dark fruit. This wine is at peak with smooth mouthfeel and integrated tannins.
