Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - This really benefited from some air; fresh citrus fruit and figgy flavours tinged with saline notes at first, but with air it becomes deeper and more nutty, as toasted almond and walnut flavours develop, and the saline/briny quality on the palate gets more intense. Very fresh and light, with great balance.
