Tuesday, November 3, 2015 - As others note, shows off more fruit vibe on the nose than I expect from Karydas. It is actually quite appealing and closer the unsulfured Xino from Thymio. Structure is classic Xino tho with a masculine cut and austerity. Tannins a bit cutting and acid is a bit out of balance on finish. Still a beautiful wine and bloomed out sweet vegetal notes and a stony core with some air.
