Saturday, June 22, 2013 - 10-25 years old vines. No Dosage.

Colour: Pale gold, wonderful bubbles
Nose: Fresh & clean minerality driven nose with notes of brioche, green apple and lemon peel.
Palate: Bone dry with a good tension & structure. Again a nice minerality. Straight forward, perfect acidity.

I really liked this wine. Very good stuff.
