Sunday, July 5, 2015 - Three hour decant, did not help this monolithic, perfumed overly sweet version of a varietal that is much better served out of the Bandol region of France or out of Spain, where it is called Monastrell. I will look for another California version mourvedre and see if it fares better on my palate than this one did.
