Sunday, September 1, 2002 - Bright disc. Deep ruby/red with orange/red rim. Clean nose, showing intense black cherry, licorice, earth, coffee and spice. Full-bodied on the palate, with ample but well-integrated tannins. Similar flavors as nose. Long, fairly smooth finish. Drinking well now. Has the stuffing to drink well for several more years.
