Thursday, April 9, 2015 - Lovely pure beaujolais, fruity rather than spicy, very drinkable. Drank 1/3 and then put the remainder in the fridge for 3 days, added inert gas after the first day. Came out undrinkable. Note to self; don´t expect minimal intervention wines to survive in the fridge after opening.
