Thursday, August 14, 2014 - Another off bottle and in fact I prefer Lionel J. Bruck Grands-Echezeaux than this although both are flawed. Although my wine mates happily finished both wines that poured into his glass.
Dark ruby with cloudy appearance. The nose does not seems right too, with blackcurrant, herbaceous, vegetal, earth and some unpleasant element.
High acidity and the flavours profile is not a typical aged Bordeaux, fruits fading and shows a dry medium finish. I can only managed to finish half a glass.
