The climate in 2003 really was Hot Hot Hot and you can taste it and smell it in the glass. The fruit is ripe and beautiful. Dare I say almost California like? Dazzling red and black fruit with hints of chocolate and light oak. The wine's smooth finish makes me lust for another sip.
