Wednesday, May 27, 2015 - Lunch at Sat Bains in Robin Hood’s fabled backyard - without any fear of being fleeced by the hero/villain given we are not “rich” - was exceptional. We happily sipped the 7 glass wine flight suggested by the sommelier. A very pleasant Viognier with a happy and pleasant nose of ripe fruit. Lemon and citrus fruit freshness on the palate. Smooth finish.
