Wednesday, October 21, 2015 - We were enjoying a Les Freres Marchand 20 Cheese Dinner at home with friends when we sipped this wine. We poured in proper, big bowl, Burgundy glasses. Tiny, barely noticeable bubbles. Aromas of apples and toast pleasant. Powerful, yet silky palate, relatively dry, nice equally strong finish. Our first time sipping this wine...definitely will not be our last!
