Saturday, April 28, 2012 - Dîner chez nous (Chez nous, Bruxelles, Belgium): Voilà, le vin est à maturité. Sans être d'une grande complexité, beau vin droit, 'bordelais', avec des tannins enfin fondus. Le dernier demi-verre, goûté 4 jours plus tard, est excellent.
