Tuesday, October 20, 2015 - Wines with biryani (Milford, CT): This was utterly breathtaking; so much drive and punch. Very sleek, svelte and shimmering on the palate with perhaps the most minerality I've encountered in a wine for some time. The endless finish was a lip-pursing, saline, and drenched with wet stones. Wow.
