Tuesday, June 11, 2013 - Well, my first older champagne. In this case, there is hardly any bubbles left. Pear, brioche, almond, hazelnut and candy ginger. Probably a bit oxidized but very vinous balanced by nice acidity. At or possibly past peak.

6/12/2013 11:53:00 AM - A correct bottle of the 90 Dom should have plenty of bubbles. Even the 69 and the 71 still have decent amount of bubbles.
