Thursday, November 28, 2013 - Opened too cold. Improved after 30 minutes of air and heat. Deep golden color as expected at this maturity. Nose was a bit restrained (served in Zalto white glasses not flutes). Palate was a bit oxidative when cold, but with some heat it turned plump and long, complicated by some remaining acid. Tiny, tiny bubbles alive and well and piquant. And a little bitterness hidden in the finish of the last glass.
