Monday, June 29, 2015 - Burg Dinner with Friends (Puligny-Montrachet): Sensational wine. Nose started slowly with caramelized fruit and some butterscotch, but picked up some baked apple notes along the way. Palate was more opulent and powerful, showcasing orchard fruit start-to-finish with intense sweet brown spice. Excellent.
