Friday, July 3, 2015 - This is one of my favorite champagnes hands down. There's more of the lightness and honeysuckle although this particular bottle also had that faint mustiness that comes in aged champagne and while it doesn't sound delicious it really is. Creates an elegance to the wine. Had with a lobster bisque and a lobster salad and this wine held up well to both. Excellent.
