Friday, January 29, 2016 - Tasted at Silver Oak this rainy morning, nose of black cherry fruit and briar, touch herbal, more of the same on the palate, tasty, still simple, slightly bitter on the mid palate and long finish today. Thank you Tom for opening this wine at my request.
