Initially, just aer a pop-and-pour I rated it 89 points and was unimpressed. It was nearly muted in the nose, quite floral with some honey notes. But then after 3 hours this baby tuned up and was showing so beautiful notes of caramel-fleur-de-sel with so much added weight and sweetness. That tells me that this one just needs to sit in the cellar for at least another 10 years.
