Monday, December 30, 2013 - Blind tasting. Nose saturated of sweat cassis, raspberry. Mouth sweat, very fruity with those blackberries with high orange bitterness, low tanins, a bit of sap ,not a hint of minerality, (wich could be appreciable). Ending with caramel and burned flavours. I think this wine is unbalanced, high sugar, low tannins, low minerality. The fruit, over-sweat, highly present, make’s it a bit to popular, lacking nobleness. Far from what it is expected of a mourvèdre.
