Wednesday, December 31, 2014 - A Yquem in its window of maturity which is no small longevity feat. This is all about mature creme brulee flavors with notes of ginger and orange peel. Rich and mature with exotic fruits and honeyed notes with tons of mineral flavors on the deeply complex finish. A more full-bodied, exotic style of Yquem not unlike what the '83 might be like in 15 more years.
