This Riesling is an expression of a new style - or should I say of an old style, because the wine were produced in accordance to the lunar calender and with no steel in the celar. The wine was fermented quite a long time on its skins (very unusal for a white wine).

Smells like a fresh brioche with hints of beeswax, ripe apples, green walnuts and olives. A powerful wine, medium to big body, good/ripe acidity, tastes like floury apples, toffee (no barrique) but its also fresh and tasty.
