Thursday, November 6, 2014 - This made a lot of sense once revealed; aged color; sweet and nutty nose with dried leaves, maple syrup, mix of red and dark fruit, was going apassimento fruit not sure of the variety possibly Merlot or Corvina blend; I liked the freshness and lack of Sagrantino tannin; very nice.

    11/15/2014 10:15:00 AM - Surprisingly, no. It probably sat open in the bottle for 30 minutes to an hour but it was uncharacteristically forgiving. I am sure that is due to Bea's unique winemaking methods.
