Sunday, July 19, 2015 - A private lunch (Restaurant The Dairy, Clapham, London, UK): Essentially a fresh and youthful wine with bright red cherry fruit, but with interesting notes too of rosehip, warm spices and forest floor; silky texture, lively and juicy acidity, quite soft but with just a hint of tannic grip from the skins, lifted flavours, floral (jasmin), nice length.
