Palate: Red fruited, soft styled and feminine this is a really elegant Zin. The spices persist after the clean finish with an almost perfumy quality. I really like this interpretation of Zin that favors balance over unabashed fruit. Only flaw is some traces of heat on the finish but other than that the quality is there. Yet another great effort from the Officer/Maddox team.
