Very traditional, this is as ripe as it needs to be but with all the flavor very compact and tightly knit, yet well-defined and highly elegant, and based in minerality. The kind of wine that won't blow every taster away right now but when we come back in 2027 or so a lot of people are going to be writing "WOTN" in their tasting notes.
