Saturday, March 5, 2011 - Held on to this last bottle as sort of an "experiment". Looking over my TN, the last time I had this was 2006... five years ago. Hard to believe, where does all the time go? Seems like this is past it's prime. It is more of a dessert wine. There is no acidity to speak of. It seems flabby. But there is delicious notes of apricot, honey, green apple and pineapple. It's quite delicious, just wish there was more acidity. However, it's still lip-smacking good. Outstanding
