Tuesday, December 1, 2015 - 2012 DRC Tasting (Paris, France): Not much on the nose. Faint black pepper and spice. Dark fruit. Pretty closed. Slight red fruit over time. More red fruit on the palate and much fuller than the nose would suggest. Strawberries and roses and spice. Some mineral notes. Texture like a Rousseau.
