Friday, January 9, 2015 - Tasting 2012 Geantet-Pansiots at the Domaine; 1/9/2015-1/10/2015: From 65+ year old vines from Brochon and Gevrey. Darker lifted fruit aromas and savoury underbrush on the nose – a step-up in fruit weight compared to the first two wines. Velvety mouth-feel with heavier tannins, greater concentration and juicy fruit on the mid palate indicating potential for development with age.
