Tuesday, May 20, 2014 - Floral notes in the nose, with a tart scent hitting the back of my throat. The initial taste was subtle at first, dynamic but smooth, berries and dark fruit. The middle was suddenly very robust, with a tartness like that of crabapples, then turning drastically peppery near the back. The finish left an aftertaste of pepper.
