Tuesday, August 26, 2014 - Cherry fruits, a little lambrusco-like earthy red grapeskin and slight fizz. Dry on mouth with a touch of labrusca-like floral nose with slight sharp bitterness. Sake-like yestiness. Interesting but a little disintegrated.
