Thursday, January 22, 2015 - Light golden in color with medium+ viscosity. It's a confident, well crafted Chardonnay. Ripe golden delicious apples, appealing fresh fruit, and a hint of lime zest (which gives it freshness). Gets creamy on the palate with a lingering finish with no off aftertaste. Nice stuff. Sample for review.
