Monday, January 19, 2015 - Despite my better judgment, I popped one to see what the fuss was about. This has so much potential but, not surprisingly, this was too young. Clear, precise flavors of blueberry and pomegranate, with just the slightest hint of earth, but it's really all about fruit. Very primary still, and doesn't really expand on the palate due to its age. Hold 2 years before trying another (at least). Lots of great stuffing to really pop this up another point or two+.
