Wednesday, June 10, 2015 - Pretty and delicate St Romain with all that implies - bright acidity but lacking stuffing and punch which is also enhanced by this producer's style. Less of a criticism and more of a statement of how this wine should be framed. Beautiful raspberry fruit contrasted with real earthy nose. Precise and lacey on the palate. Airs quite well to pick up nuance and a bit more spine. Nicely hits the mark I suspect it intends.
