Thursday, July 2, 2015 - This is drinking beautifully tonight. My first night relaxing after a week and a half long visit from the kids, it is nice to sit and relax with this superb wine. Crisp with citrus and a slight creamy coating on the palate. Heating up some leftover almond crusted chicken that we will have on an arugula salad with sliced peaches. The wine should do quite well at the dinner table.
