Sunday, February 15, 2015 - Golden on the eye. Apricot and almond on the nose. The palate has a rich, vanilla, oaked flavour, apricot fruit and an intensity and depth of flavour which you simply don't get from most Soave. This really is a classy wine to enjoy with food such as fish or chicken to really show at its best.
