The nose is now an airy mixture of red fruit and mineral dust, while the mid-palate now seems much more mineral than acidic (even if we know these aren't real soil minerals, just those dad-burned organic acids firing on the mucosal tissues). Not bad, even if this one was cracked wayyyy too early...
