Wednesday, July 1, 2015 - This held up nicely to our new style PNW summer (OK, so 88 isn't that hot by anyone else's standards but it triggers the opening of cooling centers in Seattle). This was perfectly tart and vegetal and refreshing on the deck with a quick little salad while looking at the full moon and the big volcano. Is it earth shattering SB, no, but damn that moon.
