Tuesday, February 17, 2015 - Light yellow in color, with a slight green tint.
Apple, citrus, mineral, and a touch of spice. Crisp, with lively acidity.

An interesting change of pace wine for us, but I found this to have too much mineral and lacking structure. Probably what you'd expect for an albarino, but potato bacon chive soup just wasn't a great pairing.
