Sunday, June 14, 2015 - This is excellent after a loooong decant (6 hours).
Cigar, smoke, still lots of tannin after the decant. Musty but well developed with enough fruit to be well balanced.
Continued to evolve nicely over the evening. Paired Very well with simply prepared rack of lamb.
