Sunday, June 29, 2014 - Pale lemon in colour, Chalky lemon nose, some grapefruit and greengage and slightly herbal and cereal (oats). Much more generous on the palate, full-on lemon curd and white peach, great creamy texture and surprisingly weighty, tempered with a steely acidic bite. The finish is once again chalky, earthy and lingers, brilliant balance and intensity ****1/2
