Sunday, March 2, 2014 - After a dud the night before, we tried again. This bottle had a sunken cork that pushed into the bottle with just the slight pressure of the cork screw. However, the wine was in very good shape, howling amazing a lance right out of the bottle. Very enjoyable considering its age as well as the bottle condition. Makes me feel like a Fevre can go 40 years, which I am excited about. One left so maybe an even better note in the future but this faded after 30 minutes so would drink shortly after pulling the cork if you have one. A- in the first 30 minutes from a great cellar.
