Friday, October 17, 2014 - Needs a lot of air and a comparatively high temperature to reveal what is has to offer: spicy, changeing nose with oak and vanilla and earthy citrusy notes that turn into butter and nuts. Clarity and focus in the mouth, mineral notes too. Delicious fruit aftertaste, good acidity. Like an excellent cross of oldfashioned white Rioja and white Burgundy of at least villages quality.

Identical notes on the second day, perhaps a little more apple character. Went well with a manchego.
