Sunday, July 20, 2014 - i enjoyed the wine w/ snacks and then bbq salmon on a lazy saturday evening. the '11 is way more subtle than '08, '09 or the '10. this was my first '11 so i didn't know what to expect ... in hindsight, i think the '11 would be better with a whitefish (less fat/ flavors than salmon)
